We deliver a wide spectrum of metallurgical materials from rails, to beams, and cold bent profiles.
All assortment is listed in MATERIALS section.

As part of our services we also arrange completing deliveries of materials which we do not commonly store.
We offer eventual treatment of metallurgical materials to requested dimensions according to submitted documentation by machine saws.
We have 4 machine saws available in our cutting centre, with possibility of cut up to 700x400mm.
Our main service is a diagonal dividing of profiles by a machine saw, including processing of optimalization of cutting plan based on available lengths on store.
Machine saw cutting can be carried out even at angle of 45° or 60°, depending on specific kind of material.

We provide our services without any exceptions to all customers, that means big and small, production and trading companies, private customers and also foreign ones.

We deliver metallurgical materials from our own warehouse or we operatively arrange missing metallurgical materials from founderies or service centers in the Czech Republic or abroad.
As part of deliveries from a new production or service-centers it is possible to agree on offering and delivering also non-standard quality of steel or its length.

Based on a request of customer we can arrange a supplementary testing of metallurgical materials and specifically:

• non-destructive testing (ultrasound of material according to requested norms)
• additional testing of mechanical qualities by accredited laboratories (eg.testing of impact resistance or tension at -40°C, etc.)
• independent pick up of materials according to demands of a customer
• blasting and spraying of materials
• cold bending of profiles, pipes, sheets, and rails based on submitted technical drawing documentation in 2D and 3D perspective
• We arrange customs processing for deliveries to the third countries

With rails we offer diagonal cuts (for smooth crossing) and drilling for fastening with screw connectors.

We offer also long-term warehousing of orders of materials with day-to-day deliveries according to requests of a customer.

We certainly transfer marking of divided materials and arrange binding according to request.
We deliver materials with complete documentation (metallurgical certificate, attests, eventually protocols regarding test results).

Another service we offer is arranging transport of goods to its destination, either by our own trucks or, eventually, by contracted transport companies.
We also offer and arrange wagon deliveries of materials from our siding rail, located directly in our warehouse.

• deliveries of stilts of accoustic walls
• deliveries of cut shapes
• We arrange treatment of surfaces ( blasting , metalization, heat zincing, coating )

The abovementioned parts are made by our company from semi-finished metallurgical products and accompanied by applicable documentation
(certificates, technical documentation, measurement protocols, declaration of conformity, etc..).
